We offer same day shipping that is typically available on in-stock items for most orders received before 4:00 PM EST Monday through Friday.

Parts installed or used in any way are NOT returnable. All refunds must be made within 14 business days. 25% stocking fee apply for all refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Exchange:
You may exchange the product for any product and if the new product costs more, you will be charged the difference or if the product costs less than the exchanged
item, you will be given a refund of that amount. We do not pay return shipping for a non-defective product exchange.
Note:
If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days from the actual delivery date you received your order for a full refund (minus shipping).
DN Performance holds no responsible for the shipping of the item back to DN Performance. DN Performance do not pay for return shipping except for manufacture defect
items.

Please contact (sales@dnperformance.com) to receive an approval return merchandise number (RM#) before returning your order.
In the e-mail please provide ALL of the following information:
• Your name
• Order number
• Order date
• What you would like to return
• Reason for the return
• A digital picture of the damage
• Telephone number
You MUST have an approval from us before you can return your order. If you do not contact us for an approval we will refuse your return and will send it back to you.

If your product is found to be defective and you do not wish to have it repaired or exchanged for another, you may ask for a full refund on a defective product
within the period of 14 days. Upon receipt of a defective item, it will be carefully inspected and tested for a manufacturers defect. If we find that it is not
a manufacturers defect or damaged due to customer misuse, we will not accept the return. We will notify you that we will not accept the return, at which time you
can request for us to discard it, or to return it back to you, at your cost for shipping.
